Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Engineer at Inkers Technology located in Bengaluru. The Field Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing technical support, managing projects, and maintaining effective communication with clients. The role will require hands-on field service activities and ensuring the successful deployment and operation of Inkers' advanced AI and ML solutions for construction management.
Qualifications
- Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction
- Experience in field service and project management
- Knowledge of AI and ML technologies is a plus
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proven ability to work on construction sites under harsh conditions
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field
- Candidates must be comfortable with extensive travel, up to 80% of the time, as part of the role requirements
