Job Title: Human Resource Business Partner Location: Delhi (Sultanpur) Job Type: Full Time Work Type: Work from Office Department: People & Culture Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our HR team. The HRBP will work closely with business leaders and employees to foster a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of experience in HR , with a strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws. Roles & Responsibilities: Support HR team initiatives focusing on retention, engagement, recognition, compensation, talent management, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Assist with a strategic partnership for business leaders and act as point of contact for employees Creating engagement initiatives and generally working in a rapidly changing/growing environment Use data and people metrics to provide insights that help drive team structure development, career progression, retention, and engagement Assist in managing and resolving complex employee relations issues Strong interest in L&D with experience in developing and facilitating manager and employee trainings Requirement: 4+ years of HRBP experience, ideally in a high-growth organization Experience partnering with / advising mid-level managers Solution-focused thinking, empathy, strong judgement, and decision making skills Strong organizational development experience supporting team effectiveness Strong interpersonal and communication skills including experience building relationships at all levels of the organization
