Key Responsibilities
Handle team of 3-4 executives handling B2B fulfillment operations
Coordinate with WH teams for processing orders
Create shipments on MP dashboards
Handle transportation for these shipments to MP warehouse
Gather demand forecast for various marketplaces (MP) and offline channels
Monitor inventory on across all MP warehouses
Work closely with Ops / S&OP / Marketplaces to ensure optimal inventory availability
Handle queries / issues from MP and reverse pickups
Any other task related to MP operations
What we look for
Ecommerce, Quick commerce or Retail operations experience
Good communication skills, be a fast learner and have the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced development environment
Ability to meet deadlines
Proficient in MS Excel
Ability to manage external vendors - Logistics providers, transporters, WH operations team
Prior experience of handling a team of 3-4 executives
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Engineering or related field / MBA in Supply Chain Management or Operations
Minimum Experience-4 years
