Key Responsibilities

- Extract and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, timely reporting and performance tracking- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key business metrics.- Assist in/lead cross-functional analysis to address specific business queries or challenges.- Continuously improve data processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.- Take up projects for improving operational efficiencies and margins.

Qualifications

- MBA in Finance or Business/ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.- 2-3 years of relevant experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a similar role.- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions- Strong understanding of business metrics and performance measurement.- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities.- Excellent communication skills to convey data-driven insights.
