Key Responsibilities

- Handle team of 3-4 executives handling B2B fulfillment operations- Coordinate with WH teams for processing orders- Create shipments on MP dashboards- Handle transportation for these shipments to MP warehouse- Gather demand forecast for various marketplaces (MP) and offline channels- Monitor inventory on across all MP warehouses- Work closely with Ops / S&OP / Marketplaces to ensure optimal inventory availability- Handle queries / issues from MP and reverse pickups- Any other task related to MP operations

What we look for

- Ecommerce, Quick commerce or Retail operations experience- Good communication skills, be a fast learner and have the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced development environment- Ability to meet deadlines- Proficient in MS Excel- Ability to manage external vendors - Logistics providers, transporters, WH operations team- Prior experience of handling a team of 3-4 executives

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree Engineering or related field / MBA in Supply Chain Management or Operations- Minimum Experience-4 years
