Company: Kidvento Education and ResearchPosition: HR RecuiterLocation: BangaloreTo apply: : 2+ YearsRoles and Responsibilities- Support the end-to-end recruitment cycle.- Ensure candidate profiles/skills match the job description and organizational needs.- Source talent through job portals, references/referrals, and networking.- Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate salary discussions.- Maintain a candidate pipeline for future requirements.- Assist with bulk/mass hiring through advertisements, networking, and database building.- Schedule interviews and follow up with offered candidates to ensure timely joining.- Coordinate with department heads/managers to understand staffing needs.- Conduct preliminary phone screenings and assist in assessments.- Perform basic reference checks when required.- Maintain recruitment activity reports and records.- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders to achieve staffing goals.Desired Candidate Profile- Experience in Tech and Non Tech recruitment is mandatory- Excellent communication skills – both oral and written.- Good attention to detail.- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.- Time management and ability to handle multiple requirements.- Patience and good listening skills.- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
