Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
  • Ensure candidate profiles/skills match the job description and organizational needs.
  • Source talent through job portals, references/referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate salary discussions.
  • Maintain a candidate pipeline for future requirements.
  • Assist with bulk/mass hiring through advertisements, networking, and database building.
  • Schedule interviews and follow up with offered candidates to ensure timely joining.
  • Coordinate with department heads/managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Conduct preliminary phone screenings and assist in assessments.
  • Perform basic reference checks when required.
  • Maintain recruitment activity reports and records.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders to achieve staffing goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience in Tech and Non Tech recruitment is mandatory
  • Excellent communication skills – both oral and written.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Time management and ability to handle multiple requirements.
  • Patience and good listening skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
