Company: Kidvento Education and Research Position: HR Recuiter Location: Bangalore To apply: hr@ulipsu.com Experience: 2+ Years Roles and Responsibilities - Support the end-to-end recruitment cycle. - Ensure candidate profiles/skills match the job description and organizational needs. - Source talent through job portals, references/referrals, and networking. - Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate salary discussions. - Maintain a candidate pipeline for future requirements. - Assist with bulk/mass hiring through advertisements, networking, and database building. - Schedule interviews and follow up with offered candidates to ensure timely joining. - Coordinate with department heads/managers to understand staffing needs. - Conduct preliminary phone screenings and assist in assessments. - Perform basic reference checks when required. - Maintain recruitment activity reports and records. - Build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders to achieve staffing goals. Desired Candidate Profile - Experience in Tech and Non Tech recruitment is mandatory - Excellent communication skills – both oral and written. - Good attention to detail. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Time management and ability to handle multiple requirements. - Patience and good listening skills. - Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
