Position: TikTok Manager – Europe & US (Affiliates & TikTok Shop) Department: International Business Location: Bangalore Work Mode: Work from Office Role Overview This role is central to scaling Kapiva’s TikTok Shop and affiliate programs across the US and European markets. The TikTok Manager will strategize, execute, and manage all TikTok commerce and creator affiliate initiatives out of our Bengaluru office, aligning with Kapiva’s mission to build a global leader in Ayurvedic wellness. Key Responsibilities • Launch and optimize Kapiva TikTok Shop storefronts for Europe and the US, targeting strong conversion and brand visibility. • Build, manage, and nurture an influential network of TikTok creators and affiliate marketers relevant to wellness, health, and lifestyle. • Design and roll out a robust affiliate structure for international markets, covering onboarding, tracking, payments, and performance analytics. • Lead platform-specific campaigns leveraging short videos, livestreams, and creator-led commerce in collaboration with regional influencers. • Partner with product, creative, supply chain, and customer support teams to ensure smooth launches and high customer satisfaction for international shoppers. • Analyze and share TikTok channel data; provide actionable insights to improve sales funnels, retention rates, and ROI. • Stay ahead of TikTok algorithm changes, commerce tools, and wellness audience trends relevant to US/EU audiences. • Manage cross-border relationships with TikTok, affiliate partners, and local marketplace stakeholders for continued channel growth. • Adhere to Kapiva’s brand ethos, ensuring that all TikTok and affiliate activities reflect our modern Ayurvedic positioning. Requirements • 2+ years of proven success managing TikTok Shop and affiliate programs, preferably in nutrition, D2C wellness, supplements, beauty/cosmetics, or lifestyle for US/EU markets. • Deep understanding of TikTok’s commerce, affiliate technology, and creator ecosystem in the West. • Demonstrated ability to recruit, scale, and drive revenue with international affiliate partners and creators. • Data-driven, with experience using analytics and affiliate marketing tools (Impact, Partnerize, Everflow, etc.). • Experience with product launches, campaign ideation, and working cross-functionally in a global, fast-paced environment. • Fluent English, with bonus points for additional European language skills. • Willingness to work from the Bengaluru office and coordinate with global partners in different time zones.
