Academic Qualifications

·      Bachelor’s degree in business management (BBA) or related field

·      Master’s in business administration (MBA) preferred.

·      Engineering Degree (B.E /B.Tech) will be added advantage

 

Work Experience

·      2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.

Job Summary


We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support strategic initiatives, optimize business operations, and drive efficiency. This role involves analyzing data, improving processes, managing projects, and collaborating with executives to track KPIs and implement solutions to enhance productivity.


Key Responsibilities

·      Track business KPIs, analyse data, and provide actionable insights.

·      Communicate findings, updates, and recommendations to leadership.

·      Collaborate with leadership to implement strategic initiatives.

·      Conduct market research, develop business proposals, and manage commercials for strategic projects.

·      Document and model current and future business processes.

·      Lead projects aimed at improving efficiency and productivity.

·      Continuously identify opportunities for process optimization.

·      Provide executive support to the Business Head for daily operations.


Key Responsibilities Skills:

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

·      Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or SQL.

·      Fundamental knowledge of business finance.

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Experience with process modelling, documentation tools, and project management.

·      Ability to work collaboratively across teams.

 

Additional Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection & Analysis : Analyse data to provide insights that drive business strategy.
  • Process Mapping : Create models of workflows to identify areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement : Suggest and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Stakeholder Management : Act as a liaison between stakeholder to gather insights and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Documentation : Maintain detailed documentation of business processes, project plans, and solutions.
  • Workshops : Lead workshops and gather feedback to ensure stakeholder alignment.

Essential Competencies:

 

·      Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data, identify problems, and analyse trends for informed decision-making.

·      Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for conducting meetings and presenting findings clearly.

·      Technical Skills: Expertise in software tools like Excel, Power-point, Word, G-suite, MS project, Power BI, and Tableau for data analysis and presentations.

·      Problem-Solving Abilities: Skill in diagnosing root causes and developing innovative solutions.

·      Project Management: Experience in project planning, risk management, and execution.

·      Interpersonal Skills: Strong collaboration, negotiation, and empathy to engage and manage stakeholder expectations.
