IMPORTANT: We are looking for a candidate who has 5+ years experience in paid advertising (META/Google) and has the ability to build, analyse and optimise campaigns. - Expert in both Google PPC & Meta Advertising, with knowledge of other paid platforms
- Is organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects seamlessly.

- Can handle the fast-paced nature of digital marketing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.

- In-depth knowledge of all advertising platforms with expertise in Google and META.
- Performance Mindset- ensure we hit KPIs, can analyse data, and create solutions if KPIs are not being met.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Creation and Management:
-Develop and launch new paid advertising campaigns.
-In-depth knowledge of advertising platforms including Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Tik Tok and others
-Efficiently manage ongoing campaigns on various platforms.
Strategic Contribution:
-Contribute insights and ideas to enhance the overall campaign strategy.
-Collaborate with the team to align campaigns with client objectives.
Creative Collaboration:
-Liaise with designers for creative requirements in ad development.
Performance Optimisation:
-Can fully optimise campaigns on Google and Meta with continuous improvements to ensure KPIs are met along with clients' expectations/objectives
-Continuously optimise campaign performance for better results.
-Work with data to make strategic decisions, improving campaign efficacy.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
-Gather and analyse campaign data to understand performance.
-Create detailed reports and draw actionable insights.
Ad Copy Creation:
-Craft compelling ad copy to engage target audiences effectively.
Technical Collaboration:
-Coordinate with the technical team for landing page and tracking requirements.
Client Communication and Reporting:
-Create and send weekly reports to clients where required.
-Update campaign metrics weekly and analyse performance.
-Identify campaigns that need optimisation and provide insights.
Team Collaboration:
-Send team emails with weekly optimisations and seek assistance on identified areas.
-Foster collaboration within the team for continuous improvement.
Monthly Data Analysis and Reporting:
-In-depth knowledge of Google Anlaytics and conversion tracking
-Compare monthly data on the comparison sheet.
-Analyse monthly data to spot performance trends.
-Provide expert advice in monthly reports to identify issues or opportunities for clients.
KPI Achievement:
-Understand and work towards hitting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
