Job Description:
We are looking for a Social Media Content Creator who can produce strategies and manage social media and creative programs and production for our clients. Your goal will be to generate growth outcomes for clients, leading to long, trusted relationships.
Role Requirements:
- Develop and create engaging content for various platforms, adhering to brand voice and guidelines.
- Write, edit, and proofread content such as articles, blogs, social media posts, videos, etc.
- Collaborate with teams to gather content requirements and align with marketing goals.
- Ensure content is accurate, informative, and resonates with the target audience.
- Utilize content management systems and digital tools to organize and publish content.
- Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends and incorporate relevant insights.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to enhance content visuals.
- Monitor and analyse content performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Adapt content for different platforms and audiences while maintaining consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with digital media trends and innovations to enhance content strategies.
- Manage social media content calendars and engage with the online community.
- Balance creativity with strategic goals to deliver impactful and effective content.
- Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and growth within the content creation field.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 2-3 years of professional experience in content creation, writing, or related roles.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication with a strong command of language and grammar.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, storytelling, and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with various content formats such as articles, blogs, social media posts, videos, etc.
- Proficiency in using content management systems, digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
- Experience in adapting content for different target audiences and platforms.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of SEO principles and techniques for optimizing content for search engines.
