We’re Hiring: Senior Project Architect

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Architect to join our dynamic team in the Architecture & Planning division. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality, complex architectural designs and leading projects that make a real impact, this role is for you.

As a Senior Project Architect , you will take ownership of medium to high-complexity projects , leading design teams through all stages—from concept design to final documentation—while collaborating with clients, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee architectural design activities for projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements, design codes, and local regulations.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to define project criteria, including budget, client preferences, and design goals.
  • Develop schematic designs, refine selected options, and deliver detailed final designs, ensuring value engineering principles are applied.
  • Coordinate and integrate multi-disciplinary designs (structural, mechanical, water/environmental) across project stages.
  • Review and validate project deliverables, ensuring quality standards are met with zero rework.
  • Assist in preparing tender documents in coordination with Quantity Surveying teams.
  • Support Project Managers in managing budgets, schedules, and risks while delivering projects on time and within scope .
  • Respond to RFIs and resolve design conflicts during supervision stages.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred).
  • Professional certifications (e.g., Chartered Architect) are a plus.

✅ Skills & Experience

  • 15+ years of proven experience in architectural design with a strong focus on (Specialty Field: e.g., Hospitality, Commercial, Residential, etc.) .
  • Track record in handling large-scale and complex projects in regional/multinational consultancy firms.
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential; experience with other design tools is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of international standards and codes .
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Previous Middle East experience is preferred.
