Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Architect at Neo Build Ventures in Bengaluru. The Senior Architect will collaborate with Assistant General Manager architects and design teams to contribute to the creation of architectural designs. They will assist in project management tasks, such as coordinating with contractors and ensuring adherence to timelines. The Senior Architect will also be involved in software development and integration for architectural solutions Independently.

1. Responsible for the coordination of multiple projects with the design consultants, PMC and Other Teams.

 

2. Maintain a list of consultants and their deliverables as per the schedules.

 

3. Balance the conceptual design and technical quality of the design layouts to create meaningful spaces.

 

4. Follow-up for presentation drawings, estimates, detailed BOQ, submission drawings and detailed working drawings from Consultants.

 

5. Proof checking against pre GFCs issued by respective consultants if they are meeting the client requirements.

 

6. Finalize specifications for special items of work.

 

7. Responsible for timely release of drawings as per construction schedule.

 

8. Scheduling progress and review meetings with consultants and concern parties based on the requirements.

 

9. The release of work orders for Design related consultants onboarding.

 

10. Responsible for design compliance in site execution, hence required to do frequent site visits.

 

11. Maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports which include complete drawings database, RFI and progress reports.

 

12.Design the In-House requirements of Base build plans & Interiors for Office spaces, Model apartments, etc from concept to GFC detailing drawing levels.

 

13.Coordinate and provide the In-House Liasoning requirement drawings for Project related approvals


Qualifications

1. Candidate must possess a bachelors in Architecture

 2. Experience in Residential building Designs & Attention to Detail

 3. Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Photoshop

 4. Good communication skills

 5.Ability to build rapport between all team to coordinate and work

 6.Softwares like SketchUp, 3ds max are added advantage, Experience with 8-9 years
