Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect with 5 to 10 years of experience, specializing in high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, project management, and client relations, along with proficiency in Revit software. This role involves leading project teams, mentoring junior staff, and collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver innovative and sustainable architectural solutions for complex high-rise developments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Leadership:Lead the design and development of high-rise building projects from concept to completion, overseeing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.

- Model Development: Create and maintain detailed Revit models for high-rise projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with design intent and building codes.

- Collaboration: Work closely with clients, project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand needs and coordinate design elements effectively.

- Design Documentation:Produce architectural drawings, including plans, sections, and elevations, and support the production of construction documents and specifications.

- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior architects and interns, fostering professional growth within the team and promoting best practices in Revit usage.

- Site Visits: Conduct assessments to ensure design intent is met during construction and gather information for ongoing projects.

- Industry Knowledge:Stay updated on industry trends, sustainability practices, and advancements in architectural design relevant to high-rise construction.

- Business Development: Contribute to proposal writing and client presentations to support business development efforts.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

- Licensed Architect (AIA or equivalent) preferred.

- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a focus on high-rise buildings.

- Proficiency in Revit and other architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).

- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction methods, especially related to high-rise developments.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Commitment to sustainability and innovative design practices.
