Job Title: Creative Director - Art
Creative Strategy & Vision: Develop and articulate the creative vision and strategy for projects that support the brand's goals. Ensure that creative concepts align with the target audience and brand identity.
Team Leadership: Lead and manage the creative team, including designers,copywriters, photographers, and other creative professionals. Provide feedback and support to inspire the team to deliver high-quality, innovative work.
Collaboration with Departments: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and sales to ensure that the creative direction meets business objectives and is integrated across all channels.
Client Interaction: Communicate and present creative ideas to clients, senior management, and stakeholders. Act as the main point of contact for all creative-related matters.
Quality Control: Oversee the production of creative materials to ensure they meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and deadlines.
Ensure that creative output reflects current trends and innovation.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing the needs of clients, deadlines, and creative excellence.
Budget Oversight: Work within budget constraints while ensuring high-quality creative execution.
Creative Expertise: Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a creative team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and defend creative ideas to senior management and clients.
Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure that all creative output is consistent and of the highest quality.
Ability to address creative challenges and offer innovative solutions.
Software Proficiency: Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other creative tools.
Experience:
Minimum of 8-12 years in a creative role, with experience in leadership or managerial positions.
Experience in branding, marketing, advertising, or similar industries is preferred.
A strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence and innovation.
