**Role Overview**:
As a Creative Content Strategist at More, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the voice and messaging of our brand. Your expertise in crafting compelling copy and creative content will engage our diverse audience, driving action and loyalty towards our brand. You will be the guardian of our brand's tone, ensuring all communication reflects our core values and identity.

**Key **Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our brand's goals, audience needs, and industry trends
- Craft engaging, fresh copy for a variety of platforms, including but not limited to our own platforms, social media, and other campaigns, tailoring the voice and style to meet the specific needs of our target audience
- Act as the custodian of the brand's tone, ensuring consistency and coherence in all our communications
- Collaborate closely with our in-house designers to generate innovative creative ideas and content solutions
- Optimize digital campaign copy through A/B testing and other experiments to gather insights, improve performance, and enhance content effectiveness
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to assess the success of content initiatives, making data-driven adjustments to the strategy as necessary
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in content marketing, SEO, and social media to inform and evolve our content strategy
- Conduct thorough research to identify content gaps and opportunities, proposing strategies for growth and improvement

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field
- Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, or content strategy, preferably within the retail industry
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a knack for adapting voice and style to fit various audiences and platforms
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in using data to inform content decisions and strategy
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and translate them into effective content
