Your responsibilities will includemanaging learners, resolving their day-to-day queries, facilitating their onboarding process, andmaintaining accurate attendance data.Key Responsibilities: Manage the learner experience on AAFT Online, ensuring high levels of engagement andsatisfaction. Facilitate the onboarding process for new learners, providing guidance and support asthey navigate the platform. Monitor and track learner attendance, ensuring compliance with program requirementsand deadlines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address learner concerns and enhance theoverall learning experience. Analyze learner feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implementsolutions accordingly. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online education to continuouslyenhance program effectiveness.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from any relevant field. Proven experience in program management, preferably in the Edtech industry. Strong understanding of learner-centric principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectivelywith learners and stakeholders. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in learning management systems and related software applications. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
