Key Responsibilities
Outreach and Networking:
Build and nurture relationships with industry stakeholders, manufacturers, advertisers, and event organizers.
Represent the magazine at trade shows, conferences, and industry events within India and abroad.
Develop partnerships and collaborations to expand the magazine's reach.
Sales and Marketing:
Promote the magazine’s offerings, including ad spaces, digital packages, and sponsored content opportunities.
Generate leads and convert them into long-term advertisers or sponsors.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns for the magazine.
Content Promotion:
Work closely with editorial teams to understand and promote featured stories and issues.
Develop strategies for increasing readership and subscriber engagement.
Market Research:
Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients and partners.
Stay updated on industry trends to ensure the magazine remains relevant and competitive.
Client Management:
Serve as a point of contact for advertisers, ensuring smooth communication and fulfillment of deliverables.
Gather client feedback and provide insights to improve the magazine’s offerings.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
Proven experience in outreach, marketing, or sales, preferably in the media or publishing industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
Willingness to travel extensively for business purposes.
Familiarity with CRM tools and data analysis is an advantage.
