Specializing in diverse technologies and solutions ranging from Digital Transformation, AI, IoT and logistics, Taxtech, Insuretech, Data analytics etc..We leverage our strong technology expertise and deep industry knowledge coupled with focus on customer experience for XaaS like – - GST/VAT/Indirect tax compliances, e-invoicing - Fleet Management - Video Telematics (ADAS/DMS) Fleet Management E-lock & Route Monitoring and many more Position Title: Product Manager Experience Required: 9+ years Employment Type: Full-time Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, platform architecture, and data models. ~ Define and monitor product performance metrics (KPIs, adoption, usage trends, SLA adherence, TAT, etc.) Experience of working in Agile, waterfall and SDLC models in engagements ~ Conduct competitive benchmarking and feature analysis across IoT and Logistics domain ~ Coordinate and validate 3rd-party integrations (GPS, camera APIs, SAP, AI models, etc.) ensuring data accuracy and flow. ~ Partner with cross-functional teams for post-launch performance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives. ~ Should have experience of working on enterprise level projects. ~ Involved in implementation of 3rd party integrations ~ Engage with client site visits or deployment phases to understand requirements, on-ground operations and validate solution effectiveness. Requirement Gathering & Analysis, Analysis of new Business requirements / strategic road map for client and translation into product-specific designs/ detailed Requirement Definitions/and Use Cases Strong knowledge of telemetry data models, GPS architecture, alert/event systems, and data workflows. (Analytical mindset with experience in metrics creation, KPI dashboards, cohort analysis, and A/B testing frameworks. Proficiency with MS Excel, Power BI, or Google Data Studio for data visualization. Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Bard, Notion AI, Copilot, or data enrichment tools for insight generation and documentation automation. Skilled in Agile/Scrum methodologies, JIRA, and Confluence. Proficient in MS Visio, Figma, Lucidchart or similar tools for process and UI documentation.
