Position: Spa ManagerLocation: Bengaluru,Goa,Hyderabad,Lucknow,Jaipur.Salary Range: 30K to 35K + incentives (2000 - 20000)Reporting To: Cluster Sales ManagerJob Description:We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Spa Manager-Sales to oversee the daily operations of our spa. The Spa Manager will be responsible for managing staff, developing and implementing spa policies and procedures, creating and managing budgets, and ensuring that the spa meets its revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills, as well as a proven track record in the spa industry.Responsibilities:Work on Membership Sales, single service sales target.Manage staff, including hiring, training, delegating, improving performance, firing, and other staff interactionsOversee daily operations and ensure that the spa runs smoothly and efficientlyDevelop and implement spa policies and proceduresCreate and manage budgets, ensuring the spa meets its revenue targetsOversee the development of new spa treatments and the marketing of the spaMaintain inventory and order spa supplies from vendorsMonitor inventories and ensure that the spa complies with all state and local health codesSupervise the maintenance of the facility and ensure that all safety procedures are followedOrganize workday schedules and manage staff-related issuesTend to the needs of guests and strive for a quality experience for every guestWork as part of the executive team at a larger business, such as a hotel or resort with a spa.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related fieldProven experience working as a spa manager, spa director, or in a similar role in the spa industryExcellent organizational, leadership, and communication skillsExperience with budgeting, inventory management, and health and safety regulationsAbility to effectively manage a diverse team of employeesPassion for delivering exceptional guest experiencesCommitment to continuing education and staying current with industry trends.
