We’re looking for a strategic *Junior Ads Manager* with *1–2 years of hands-on experience* in a marketing agency to lead paid advertising campaigns, optimize ad performance, and drive measurable results. If you're data-driven, creative, and passionate about digital advertising—this opportunity is for you

Develop and execute ad strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more
#Design compelling ad creatives and manage end-to-end campaigns
#Monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and optimize results
#Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
✅ *1–2 years of experience* managing paid ad campaigns at a marketing agency
✅ proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
✅ Creative flair combined with a results-driven mindset
✅ Ability to adapt strategies based on performance data
✅ Excellent communication and client management skills
