About the Role

We are seeking a Call Centre Executive to join a UK-based software product company, delivering exceptional customer support. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a call centre role, specifically supporting UK or US clients is required. Your primary responsibility will be handling inbound customer service calls, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Additionally, you will support the sales and marketing teams with various administrative tasks.

Location: Remote (must be based in Kochi, Trivandrum, Calicut, or Bangalore).

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and sub-contractors.
  • Professionally handle inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries.
  • Address and resolve client concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Accurately record all communications in our database.
  • Support new client onboarding and respond to general queries.
  • Continuously update job knowledge by participating in training sessions.
  • Achieve service objectives in line with established KPIs.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members while working independently when needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call centre role, specifically supporting UK or US clients.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
  • Excellent command of English, both verbal and written, with a clear and engaging phone manner.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade effectively.
  • Detail-oriented, efficient, and highly organized.
  • Ability to remain positive and composed during challenging interactions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Must have access to a reliable, high-speed fibre internet connection.
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Other Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge of the public sector, healthcare , or VCFSE (Voluntary, Community, Faith, and Social Enterprise) sectors is a plus.
