About the Role We are seeking a Call Centre Executive to join a UK-based software product company, delivering exceptional customer support. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a call centre role, specifically supporting UK or US clients is required. Your primary responsibility will be handling inbound customer service calls, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Additionally, you will support the sales and marketing teams with various administrative tasks. Location: Remote (must be based in Kochi, Trivandrum, Calicut, or Bangalore). Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and sub-contractors. Professionally handle inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries. Address and resolve client concerns promptly and effectively. Accurately record all communications in our database. Support new client onboarding and respond to general queries. Continuously update job knowledge by participating in training sessions. Achieve service objectives in line with established KPIs. Collaborate effectively with team members while working independently when needed. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call centre role, specifically supporting UK or US clients. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer interactions professionally. Excellent command of English, both verbal and written, with a clear and engaging phone manner. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade effectively. Detail-oriented, efficient, and highly organized. Ability to remain positive and composed during challenging interactions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook). Must have access to a reliable, high-speed fibre internet connection. Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow within the role. Other Desirable Skills Knowledge of the public sector, healthcare , or VCFSE (Voluntary, Community, Faith, and Social Enterprise) sectors is a plus. Desired Attributes Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to engage clients effectively. A "finisher" mentality, with a commitment to seeing tasks through to completion. Note : Your employer in India will be Extended GT , but you will be dedicatedly supporting a UK-based company.
