Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist at Freviya Healthcare in Ahmedabad. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for inside sales, lead generation, communication with customers, and providing excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities:
Handle client enquiries via calls, emails and other apps.
Explain products to clients via online and in person.
Follow up and negotiate over price and closing leads.
Following company policies legacies and maintain good relations with clients.
Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand.
Maintain existing business.
Think critically when planning to assure project success.
Qualifications:
Should be talkative, charming, smart and should have good convincing skills.
Good Convincing and Upselling skills
Must have fluency in English.
Should be familiar with computers, mobiles and social media apps.
Preference to 2 - 3 years' prior sales / direct sales related experience
Strong communication, negotiations and interpersonal skills
Must be confident and Self Motivated.
