Inside Sales Executive

**Position objective**:
As an Inside Sales Executive at KONZE, you will play a critical role in driving revenue by identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities with our potential clients. You will work closely with our sales team and utilize various sales techniques to achieve and exceed sales targets.

**Roles/responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-depth research on prospective clients to understand their needs, challenges, and pain points.
- Qualify leads and opportunities to ensure they align with our target customer profiles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Present our products and services to potential clients, addressing their questions and objections.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies and campaigns.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in our CRM system.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the sales manager on your sales pipeline and progress
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and challenges.

**Qualifications**:

- Min Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

**Experience**:

- 2 to 4 years of experience in Inside sales.
- Proven inside sales experience or similar role in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to engage with potential clients over the phone.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Knowledge of [industry] is a plus.
- Results-driven and a strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
