What This Role Requires

In the role of Creative Lead , you will be a key contributor to MResult’s mission of empowering our clients with data-driven insights and innovative digital solutions. Each day brings exciting challenges and growth opportunities. Here is what you will do:

UI/UX Design:

Conduct user research, create personas, and design intuitive user experiences.

Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Adobe XD , Figma , and Sketch .

Ensure designs align with user needs, business goals, and brand identity.

Conduct usability testing to validate and refine designs.

Creative Design:

  • Design high-quality mockups, wireframes, and prototypes using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.).Create visually compelling and brand-consistent designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate concepts into interactive and user-focused designs.

Design and Development Integration:

  • Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure seamless execution of design ideas into functional interfaces.
  • Use design thinking to create intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and reusable components for consistency across projects.

Qualifications:

Proven experience (4+ years) in UI/UX and mock-up design using Adobe Creative Suite .

Strong skills in HTML , CSS , and JavaScript for frontend development.

Portfolio showcasing mock-ups, prototypes, and live projects.

Understanding of responsive design principles and frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS).

Experience with version control systems like Git .

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as React.js , Vue.js , or Angular.js .

Familiarity with motion design tools like After Effects .

Experience with UI/UX design tools like Figma or Sketch .

Understanding of SEO principles and accessibility standards.
