Job Description: Senior Graphic Designer

Location: Hegde Nagar, Bangalore


Position Summary:

SKEPPER is seeking an experienced and highly creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our vibrant team of innovators. At SKEPPER, we redefine creative solutions, combining expertise in Advertising, Branding, Video Marketing, UI/UX & Web Development, and Digital Marketing. The ideal candidate will bring a perfect balance of technical proficiency, creative brilliance, and strategic insight to create impactful designs that resonate with global brands and diverse industries.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Leadership:

• Craft high-quality visuals for digital and print media, including branding materials, advertising campaigns, social media assets, websites, and more.

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to translate creative briefs into visually compelling deliverables that align with SKEPPER’s 360° approach.


2. Creative Strategy:

• Lead the conceptualization of innovative ideas to maintain SKEPPER’s competitive edge in the industry.

• Develop prototypes, storyboards, and design guidelines to ensure creative consistency across all touchpoints.

• Stay abreast of design trends to infuse fresh, contemporary aesthetics into projects.


3. Project Management:

• Oversee multiple design projects, ensuring on-time delivery without compromising quality.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather input, feedback, and approvals for iterative improvements.


4. Team Mentorship:

• Mentor and inspire junior designers, fostering an environment of collaboration and learning.

• Conduct design critiques to ensure high standards and consistency in outputs.


Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse and innovative work.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and familiarity with tools like Figma or Sketch.

• Experience in motion graphics, UI/UX design, or 3D visualization is a plus.
