Job Summary:
Oxyzem Creative Agency is seeking a creative and talented Motion Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for storytelling through dynamic visuals, combining design, animation, and motion to bring concepts to life. The role involves creating visually stunning motion graphics for a variety of media, including digital campaigns, social media, advertisements, and video content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality motion graphics and animations for diverse projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the creative team, including graphic designers, videographers, and marketers, to develop visually engaging content.
- Design and animate 2D and 3D graphics, typography, and visual effects.
- Edit video content, integrating motion graphics and animations to enhance storytelling.
- Maintain a deep understanding of design trends, tools, and technologies, applying them to innovate and improve visual outputs.
- Work on tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and delivering polished results.
- Optimize motion graphics for various platforms, ensuring proper resolution, frame rates, and quality.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to provide creative ideas and input on projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and animations.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other motion graphics/3D software like Cinema 4D or Blender.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, visual design, and typography.
- Familiarity with video editing and sound design principles.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to take constructive feedback.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Preferred Skills (Optional):
- Knowledge of scripting and automation for After Effects.
- Experience with UI/UX motion design or interactive media.
- Familiarity with AR/VR motion graphics.
