Exp : 10 -14 yrs

Location : Across India

Location: Bangalore, India

Qualification: B.A / B.Sc. / M.Sc. Vis com, Fine Arts, Graphics & Animation or related

field

Skills, Software & Tech: Project Management, Resource Management, Delivery, Team

Utilization Reporting.

Visual Design: Print & Digital, Web development, Video/ 2D & or 3D Motion graphic

production, Team management, Manage Stakeholders, Creative

operation.

Tech Skills: Adobe CC, Figma, Power point presentation, Adobe After effects,

Premier Pro, HTML and CSS

Added advantage for Gen AI tools, Runway gen 3 etc.

Technical Skills:


  • Advanced Design Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma and other design tools.
  • Video Development: Knowledge in 2D & or 3D Motion Graphic Video development using After Effects, Premier Pro, Blend and or Cinema 4D.
  • Utilize cutting-edge tools like Runway Gen 3 to integrate AI and generative technologies into video and motion projects.

Creative Skills:


  • Create compelling visual designs and layouts for digital and print media.
  • Develop clear, engaging storyboards for video and motion graphic projects.
  • Translate ideas and concepts into high-quality visual assets that align with brand identity.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and continually evolving design trends to keep the company at the cutting edge of interactive design.

Leadership and Communication Skills:

Project Leadership:


  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.
  • Present design concepts, video storyboards, and progress updates to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
  • Align design strategies with business objectives and stakeholder needs.

Team Collaboration:


  • Lead and mentor Creative team ensuring quality and creativity in project deliverables.
  • Work with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and engineering to deliver cohesive designs.
  • Manage multiple project timelines, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure team accountability.

Problem Solving:


  • Advanced problem-solving skills to handle complex design / animation team challenges and client requirement
