Someone who knows Compose like a friend, writes Kotlin like it’s second nature, and is curious about what Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) can really do.If you get excited about shipping things, learning fast, and owning your work end-to-end you’ll fit right in.What You’ll DoBuild Awesome Android AppsOwn features from idea to release — design, code, test, ship.Write clean, scalable Kotlin code using Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, and Modern Android Architecture (MVVM/MVI/Clean).Optimize for performance, battery life, and buttery-smooth UI.Integrate APIs, manage state elegantly, and make the UX shine.Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP)Share business logic and UI between Android and iOS with Kotlin Multiplatform.Collaborate on common modules (networking, models, utils).Help shape how KMP fits into our mobile architecture going forward.Work Hand-in-Hand with DesignBring Figma or Sketch designs to life - pixel-perfect, responsive, accessible.Give feedback on UX flow and animations.Build reusable Compose components that make the UI scalable and beautiful.Keep Things SolidUse Git properly - branches, PRs, code reviews.Write tests where it matters (unit, UI, or snapshot).Help improve CI/CD and release automation.Keep a close eye on app performance, analytics, and crash reports.Collaborate & LeadWork closely with backend, product, and design teams to ship real features.Mentor junior developers and share your best practices.Contribute to tech discussions and help steer architectural decisions.Be proactive about improving the dev experience for everyone.What You Already Know3–5 years of solid Android experience.Deep knowledge of Kotlin, Android SDK, and Jetpack Compose.Good understanding of Kotlin Coroutines, Flow, and Dependency InjectionFamiliarity with Room, Retrofit, and other Jetpack components.Beginner to intermediate hands-on with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP).Experience with version control (Git/GitHub or GitLab) and code reviews.Bonus Points If You Have...Worked on iOS or cross-platform apps.Experience collaborating directly with designers using Figma or Sketch.Built or contributed to open-source Android projects.Familiar with Firebase, Crashlytics, or App Distribution tools.Played around with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Bitrise, or Jenkins).Love experimenting with new frameworks and Android libraries.You’ll Fit Right In If You…Love solving problems and learning new things fast.Care about the details that make an app feel great.Take ownership - from commit to production.Communicate well and collaborate without ego.Want to help shape the future of a growing product team.What You’ll GetFreedom to experiment, build, and learn - we move fast and trust our engineers.Work with a team that actually cares about clean architecture and UX polish.Exposure to Kotlin Multiplatform and cross-platform mobile architecture.Opportunity to have a big impact on the product and team direction.Flexible working setup, open culture, and lots of room to grow.Hiring Process (Quick & Transparent)Assignment Round :Show us your skills through a real-world task.
