We are expanding our team in Bangalore and are seeking dynamic and driven  International Sales Executives (Delegate Acquisition) to join our fast-growing organization. Role Description As an International Sales Executive – Delegate Acquisition, you will be responsible for promoting participation in our global conferences and technical summits. You will engage with senior professionals and decision-makers across the energy, manufacturing, and engineering industries to secure delegate registrations and build strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage potential delegates across international markets. Explain event value propositions and drive delegate registration for conferences and training programs. Research target markets, identify key professionals, and maintain an updated database. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets. Build and nurture long-term relationships with delegates and key accounts. Work closely with the marketing and production teams to align outreach strategies and campaigns. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (any discipline). 1–3 years of international sales experience, preferably in conferences, training, or B2B events. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a confident, persuasive phone manner. Strong work ethic, result-oriented mindset, and ability to work under pressure. Familiarity with CRM tools and online research for lead identification is an advantage. What We Offer Competitive base salary + attractive commission structure.
