Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Admin with a hotel management background to join our team in Gurgaon. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a people-centric approach, and an eye for detail. As our HR Admin, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting daily HR functions and creating a positive work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive, inclusive workplace by organizing and supporting events, team activities, and engagement programs.
  • Onboarding & Induction: Coordinate and conduct the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and welcoming experience.
  • Administrative Support: Manage daily administrative tasks, including employee documentation, record-keeping, and office management.
  • Attendance & Leave Management: Maintain and monitor attendance, leave records, and handle any related queries.
  • HR Policies & Processes: Assist in implementing HR policies, ensuring employees understand and adhere to company guidelines.
  • Event Management: Organize company events and support team-building initiatives to enhance employee morale.
  • Reporting: Prepare HR-related reports and maintain accurate records for compliance and internal use.


Qualifications:

  • Background: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
  • Experience: 1+ years in an HR or administrative role, preferably with experience in employee engagement and organizational activities.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, and attention to detail.
  • Personality: Peppy, approachable, and team-oriented, with a passion for creating a vibrant work environment.
