With a strong presence in Central India, we are expanding our retail footprint and seeking passionate professionals to join our growing team.About the RolePosition: Floor ManagerIndustry: Gems & JewelleryExperience Required: Minimum 3 years in a similar role within the jewellery sectorLocation: Multiple locations across Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan.Key Responsibilities:Supervise day-to-day floor operations to ensure smooth and efficient customer serviceLead sales teams to meet individual and store-level targetsAssist in staff training, motivation, and performance evaluationHandle customer queries, ensure satisfaction, and resolve any escalations professionallyMaintain proper product display, cleanliness, and store ambienceCollaborate with Store Managers on stock management, visual merchandising, and promotionsCandidate Requirements:Prior experience in a floor management role in the jewellery or luxury retail industryStrong communication and team leadership skillsCustomer-first approach with attention to detail and quality serviceProficient in handling POS and basic retail software systemsFluency in Hindi is required; English and local language skills are a plusWhat We Offer:Competitive salary with attractive incentivesCareer growth in a prestigious, well-established jewellery brandProfessional and respectful work cultureLearning opportunities and on-the-job trainingEqual Opportunity StatementAt D.P.
