Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage floor operations, ensuring efficient store layout, visual merchandising, and customer service.
  • Oversee team handling, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and development.
  • Implement process management strategies to reduce shrinkage and improve overall efficiency.
  • Coordinate with other departments for seamless store operations and achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure effective people management through clear communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4-8 years of experience in QSR or FMCG industry as a Store Manager/Shift Incharge /Team Leader.
  • Strong skills in floor management, process management, shrinkage control, team coordination, team handling, team leading, and people management.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure with multiple priorities simultaneously.
