The ideal candidate will have prior experience in administrative roles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.️ Key ResponsibilitiesManage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointmentsHandle confidential correspondence, emails, and phone callsPrepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents for internal and external meetingsLiaise with hospital departments, vendors, and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEOOrganize travel arrangements, accommodations, and itinerariesMaintain records, files, and documentation with accuracy and confidentialityAssist in drafting communications, memos, and official lettersFollow up on tasks and projects assigned by the CEO to various departmentsSupport in organizing hospital events, board meetings, and strategic reviews✅ RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field2–3 years of experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or Admin Coordinator (preferably in healthcare or corporate settings)Strong command of written and spoken English and HindiProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Regards,Neha
