🎯 Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to support the CEO of a leading hospital in Raipur. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in administrative roles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and phone calls
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents for internal and external meetings
  • Liaise with hospital departments, vendors, and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
  • Organize travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries
  • Maintain records, files, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist in drafting communications, memos, and official letters
  • Follow up on tasks and projects assigned by the CEO to various departments
  • Support in organizing hospital events, board meetings, and strategic reviews

✅ Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or Admin Coordinator (preferably in healthcare or corporate settings)
  • Strong command of written and spoken English and Hindi
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
