Hubcredo is a fast-growing B2B sales and marketing agency helping companies in the US build sales funnel and book qualified potential client meetings through outbound strategies. Our team comes with strong B2B sales background, with founders who've worked with leading companies like IBM, WNS, Ola, and more and also are alumnus of IIT and ISB.
Our mission is to help our clients grow by delivering high-impact sales solutions. We’re looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Manager who is ready to take charge of independently managing client projects, working alongside our team to execute strategies that lead to results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Execution: Hands-on involvement with lead databases, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling, ensuring qualified meetings are delivered while also coaching and mentoring the team.
- Lead Generation & Qualification: You’ll guide the team to identify and qualify leads for various clients, ensuring the lead pipeline is managed effectively.
- Team Management: Oversee and mentor the inside sales team, ensuring that all client projects are on track and meeting the defined KPIs. Guide them when they face challenges in different aspects of running the projects.
- Client Communication: Keep clients updated on project progress, listen to and understand their business needs, and ensure the team delivers accordingly.
- Drive results: The role is demanding in terms of getting results for clients’ projects and needs a combination of team management skills, patience and perseverance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Inside Sales Manager or in a similar lead generation role, ideally within a B2B sales agency.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Hands-on experience with B2B tools like Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing platforms, and CRMs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Solid organisational, team management and project -management skills.
- Knowledge of the US market is a plus.
