Job Title: Senior Technical Recruiter – US & EMEA Hiring Experience: 4–8 years Function: Global Talent Acquisition Reports To: Talent Acquisition Lead / Global TA Manager Intellect Design Arena is a global leader in Financial Technology for Banking, Insurance, and other financial services. We are looking for a dynamic Senior Technical Recruiter to drive global technology hiring across US and EMEA markets, partnering with business and HR stakeholders to attract world-class talent. --- You will own end-to-end technical recruitment for global positions (primarily US & EMEA), ensuring high-quality hires and excellent candidate experience. Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across US and EMEA regions (Engineering, Architecture, Product, DevOps, Cloud, Data, and QA). Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, referrals, and headhunting to attract niche technical talent. Manage candidate engagement, interviews, offers, and closures while ensuring excellent experience throughout. Collaborate with HR operations and compliance teams on documentation, contracts, and regional employment norms. Maintain real-time hiring dashboards and ensure ATS hygiene. Provide market intelligence on compensation, skill trends, and competitor hiring patterns across US and EMEA. Support employer branding initiatives and represent Intellect Design Arena in virtual tech events or global job fairs. --- 4–8 years of end-to-end technical recruitment experience, with at least 2+ years in international (US/EMEA) hiring. Strong knowledge of technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud (AWS/Azure), DevOps, Microservices, Data Engineering, and QA Automation. Boolean search, GitHub, Stack Overflow, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche communities. Familiarity with US & EMEA hiring norms, compensation structures, and time zone coordination. Strong analytical mindset with ability to track and report key recruitment metrics. Willingness to work in flexible hours to support global time zones. ---
