About the Role
Tigma is looking for a skilled Senior IT Recruiter to work with our hiring managers and understand the recruitment needs of our company. You will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle for crucial roles across different departments within the company.
Your job will be to develop a recruitment strategy and produce job descriptions and specifications. You will source, recruit, and help us hire top talent that will support our company's growth.
We are looking for a decision-maker with strong interpersonal and communication skills. You need to be able to recognize and attract the best candidates for particular job positions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlisted set of qualified candidates.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
- Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and applicants throughout the recruitment cycle.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-6 years of experience in IT Recruitment or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or relevant discipline (e.g., B.Com).
- MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory; knowledge of technical hiring processes an added advantage.
