This role focuses on designing realistic, scenario-based tasks to train AI models. It is not a platform configuration or development role. Instead, the candidate will translate real-world business workflows, decision logic, and enterprise processes into structured data that enhances AI reasoning within Service Now-like environments. The ideal profile blends deep Service Now domain experience with strong analytical skills, prompt-engineering capability, and data structuring expertise . Key Responsibilities Define decision-making frameworks for Reinforcement Learning initiatives to improve Service Now LLM performance, including taxonomy creation, scenario design, and evaluation criteria. Build scenario-driven tasks that accurately mirror actual Service Now workflows (case management, SLA processes, HR requests, IT incidents, etc.). Translate complex business processes into clear, structured datasets suitable for AI training. Develop high-quality prompts, task variations, and user journeys to enhance model understanding and reasoning. Collaborate with cross-functional AI and product teams to refine task quality and maintain consistency. Ensure all scenarios reflect real-world enterprise use cases, edge cases, and decision logic.
