1. Classroom delivery of readymade English and soft skills content to improve their job readiness

2. Organizing extra-curricular activities for student’s overall development

3. Conduct timely student assessment and social profiling

4. Minimize student dropouts and timely address all student grievances

5. Motive and counsel students as per need

7. Passion for teaching

8. Drive to make a difference in the lives of kids

9. The ability to work well in a team

10. A strong customer (student) focus.
