**Qualifications**:

- Graduate/Postgraduate with excellent command over English.
- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience teaching English.
- IELTS and V&A trainers from international BPOs are preferred.

**Required Expertise**:

- Grammar, phonetics, and syllables.
- Vocabulary development and pronunciation techniques.
- Public speaking knowledge and linguistic phrases.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

- Energetic and engaging, with a passion for training.
- Comfortable using and learning the latest tools and technologies.
- Confident and presentable with excellent communication and teaching skills.
- Proactive and flexible in adapting to our training methodologies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Delivery**:

- Train students in written and spoken English.
- Deliver effective training sessions, both theoretical and practical.
- Ensure 100% attendance for scheduled batches.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Plan, execute, and evaluate training to meet student needs.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of training materials and methodologies.
- Prepare and set tests, assignments, and examination papers.
- **Assessment and Feedback**:

- Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback on student performance.
- Evaluate and improve student proficiency in spoken and written English.
- **Training Materials**:

- Create engaging training strategies, initiatives, and materials (manuals, videos, presentations).
- Develop content that addresses both individual and group learning needs.
- **Student Support**:

- Mentor and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
- Participate in placement activities, ensuring trainees meet required competencies.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Foster a positive and motivating team environment.
- Display strong work ethics and team spirit.
