Antenna Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
Design and fabricate antennas for various applications using simulation software and other tools.
Analyze and optimize antenna performance by measuring and testing antenna characteristics such as gain, bandwidth, radiation pattern, and impedance.
Validate antenna designs through field testing and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine antenna requirements for various applications.
Create technical documents and reports, summarizing the antenna design, analysis, and testing results.
Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in antenna design.
Education and Experience:
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 3-15 years of experience in antenna design and testing.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in simulation software such as HFSS, CST, or FEKO.
Familiarity with antenna measurement equipment such as Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, and Antenna Ranges.
Understanding of antenna fundamentals and electromagnetic field theory.
Working knowledge of RF and Microwave components and circuits.
Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
