Antenna Engineer 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and fabricate antennas for various applications using simulation software and other tools.
  • Analyze and optimize antenna performance by measuring and testing antenna characteristics such as gain, bandwidth, radiation pattern, and impedance.
  • Validate antenna designs through field testing and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine antenna requirements for various applications.
  • Create technical documents and reports, summarizing the antenna design, analysis, and testing results.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in antenna design.

Education and Experience:

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 7-15 years of experience in antenna design and testing.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in simulation software such as HFSS, CST, or FEKO.
  • Familiarity with antenna measurement equipment such as Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, and Antenna Ranges.
  • Understanding of antenna fundamentals and electromagnetic field theory.
  • Working knowledge of RF and Microwave components and circuits.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
