Role Summary
We’re looking for a proactive and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team in Bangalore. In this pivotal role, you’ll identify new business opportunities, engage with prospects, and contribute significantly to our growth strategy. Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation : Identify and generate new business opportunities using strategic outreach and multiple channels.
- Competition Benchmarking : Conduct detailed competitor analysis to benchmark services and refine our value proposition.
- Price Modeling : Develop and refine pricing strategies to position our services effectively in the market.
- Pitch Customization : Tailor pitch decks and presentations to align with specific client needs and challenges.
- Social Engagement : Leverage social media tools and platforms to engage prospects and enhance brand visibility.
- Collaboration : Partner with the marketing team to drive campaigns and increase lead generation.
- Pipeline Management : Manage and nurture a robust pipeline of interested prospects, guiding them through the early stages of the sales process.
Qualifications
- Experience : Minimum of 4 years in business development, revenue operations, or similar roles.
- Education : Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills :
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent negotiation and influencing abilities.
- Proven experience with sales tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, Hubspot etc.
- Expertise in crafting and customizing pitch decks and presentations tailored for enterprise clients.
- Ability to benchmark competitors and develop strategic price models.
