Role Overview :

Nurix AI is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with 8+ years of experience in client solutions, particularly in AI or deep tech industries. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end delivery of transformative AI solutions, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and driving business outcomes. The role demands a blend of technical expertise, strong project management skills and a passion for emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Solutions Leadership :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, cultivating relationships to understand their business challenges and align solutions.
  • Define and communicate the scope of AI-driven solutions to address client-specific goals.

Project Management Excellence :

  • Lead the planning, execution and closure of projects, adhering to timelines, budgets and deliverable quality.
  • Implement agile and other modern project management practices for seamless delivery.

Team and Stakeholder Management :

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, risks and solutions.

AI Solution Development :

  • Work closely with technical teams to design and deliver generative AI and deep tech solutions that meet business needs.
  • Stay abreast of trends and advancements in AI to inform solution design.

Business Growth Enablement :

  • Identify new business opportunities through strong client relationships.
  • Partner with sales and pre-sales teams to develop proposals and expand service offerings.

Quality and Innovation :

  • Uphold rigorous standards for delivery quality and consistency.
  • Encourage innovation in delivery methodologies and client engagements.

Skills and Qualifications :

Experience :

  • Minimum 8+ years in client-facing solution delivery roles, with experience in AI, generative AI, or deep tech companies.
  • Proven track record in leading complex, technology-focused delivery projects.

Technical Knowledge :

  • Deep understanding of generative AI technologies, large language models (LLMs) and foundational AI systems.
  • Awareness of industry challenges and use cases for AI across sectors.

Leadership & Communication :

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

Project Management Expertise :

  • Experience in agile methodologies and familiarity with relevant certifications (PMP, Scrum Master preferred).
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and adapt to dynamic project demands.

Education :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
  • Advanced degrees or AI-related certifications are a plus.
