We are seeking strategic admissions professionals. The successful candidate will design and implement innovative strategies that enhance student enrollment and promote the institution's brand. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to drive successful outreach campaigns.
The role involves collaborating with various departments, engaging with prospective students and their families, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies and regulations.
The candidate will play a crucial role in promoting the Institute's programs, managing admissions processes, and enhancing the overall student recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities
- Liaising and Networking with Renowned Schools, Educational Institutions, Coaching Centers, Polytechnics, Colleges, ITI and Tutorials etc.
- Responsible for achieving 100% targets
- Delivering Career Counseling sessions and collecting quality Student Databases.
- Liaising with respective District Career Counselor / Gram Panchayat / Boards of Respective state for permissions and activities.
- Taking care of brochures and all marketing collateral distribution at Board Examination Centers/ Entrance of any Competitive Exams or other relevant Examination centers.
- Conduct information sessions, campus tours, and outreach activities to engage prospective students.
- Promote Institute’s programs to potential students through various channels such as education fairs, school visits, and open house events.
- Provide information to prospective students regarding programs, scholarships, and admission requirements.
- Update and utilize the Institute’s CRM system to manage and track prospective student information.
- Conducting market research and monitoring competitor activities in respective regions and submitting a critical analysis report
- Guide students in selecting the most suitable courses based on their interests and academic background.
Basic Responsibilities
- Handling the walk-in students and parents
- Responsible for calling to generate leads & admission conversion..
- E-Mailers: she/he has to send a thanks email after every new visit at the same time when the executive shares the email immediately after the visit updated in WhatsApp group.
- Converting leads into successful admissions.
- Always Maintain Good Telephone Etiquette
- Respond to Student's inquiries proactively.
- Effective and Timely Follow-ups
- Ensuring a higher conversion rate from inquiries to enrollments
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in marketing and business development, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong understanding of outreach activities, lead generation, educational sales, admissions activities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software and CRM systems
- Prior experience in a similar role in an educational institution will be an advantage
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems and social media platforms.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work effectively with a diverse group of students, parents, educational organizations, and internal stakeholders.
