Brand Management:
As a Brand and Project Management Pharmaceutical Professional, the candidate should be an expert in aligning customer segments, devising omnichannel marketing operations, and leveraging service to deliver an exceptional customer experience to our big Pharma clients. The candidate should be knowledgeable in keeping a close watch on market trends and manage advertising and marketing activities to help our clients unlock the full potential of their brands. The ideal candidate for this position is an energetic professional who is able to multi-task effectively, offer quick and accurate advice and provide creative input to help advance brand marketing strategies. Candidate to perform below activities
Drive strategic development of the brand portfolio
Perform regular market research studies to gather important brand data
Proficient in data storytelling to the stakeholders with the goal of building and validating a comprehensive data set and assumptions that will support decision making.
Develop custom brand management plans for each product and submit updated summaries on brand exposure to client as per agreed cadence for projects
Responsible for translating insights for future marketing strategies
Understand business analytics and respond accordingly to ensure customer engagement, delivery of brand share growth and increase touchpoints
Advise stakeholders regarding customers, competition and market landscape
Create impactful strategies to capture the larger size of the market
Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Ensuring that all projects’ deliverables are on-time, within scope and within budget,
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Understand the omnichannel aspects and tools of marketing and work with stakeholders to deliver the planned objectives
Should have good knowledge of digital marketing tools and channels like social media networks, Google Ads, website content and email marketing to deliver a persuasive and cohesive marketing message to their audience
In depth understanding of pharmaceutical products in order to develop brand messaging and content strategies in collaboration with medical, legal and regulatory stakeholders.
Should drive campaign ideation, creative strategy targeting, segmentation, budgeting across programmatic, display and social advertising channels
Continuously optimize the campaigns and outperform the set KPIs and objectives
Act as the creative liaison between the marketing team and the development and design department to create campaigns aligned with client requirements
Manage end to end planning and devising of Digital Marketing campaigns including budget allocations, coordination with media experts and customer targeting strategies
Regular Performance, Engagement, outcome assessment and Sales data Analysis for continuous improvement and optimizations of strategies to improve outcomes and meet project objectives
Identifying the latest trends and technologies affecting the industry.
Working with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
Basic Qualifications:
Master’s Degree (Marketing or Sales)
Undergraduate Degree (Pharmacy)
3 - 7 years’ experience in marketing and/or sales
Certifications in digital marketing principles such as email marketing, social media marketing, digital strategy, digital analytics etc
Pharma experience is a must
Preferred Qualifications:
Service/Customer oriented
Experience in omnichannel marketing
Marketing and operations experience across US, EU and APAC regions
Knowledge of marketing ways of working and code of promotion
Excellence in execution of prioritization, communication, stakeholder management and problem solving
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
