GOAT has acquired 20 brands across fashion, jewellery, beauty & personal care, home & pet care.
We are looking for a skilled and experienced System Manager to oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of our Unicommerce platform. The person will be responsible to ensure the smooth operation
of our e-commerce systems, optimizing processes, and maximizing efficiency.
What you will do:
- Lead the implementation and configuration of the Unicommerce platform to meet the organization's e-commerce requirements
- Customize and tailor Unicommerce features and workflows to align with business processes and objectives.
- Manage integrations between Unicommerce and other systems such as ERP, CRM, and payment gateways.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, and user manuals.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and efficiency of the Unicommerce platform.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience as a system manager with e-commerce platforms and technologies, including online marketplaces, shopping carts, and payment gateways
- Familiarity with integration techniques and protocols such as APIs, XML, and FTP.
- Knowledge of other e-commerce platforms such as Magento, Shopify, or WooCommerce.
